Weeping Tiger - baked it in the oven for around 25 minutes and it turned out excellent
Odlums Gluten Free Banana Bread - quite a forgiving recipe
Rhubarb Ginger Compote - took a little longer than the recipe, also put some strawberries in it at one stage.
Beef Stroganoff with rice Strawberry Shrub - such a simple recipe, I made it with Cider Vinegar and it was so much better a few weeks later, must try the cocktail
Mulled Grape Jelly made this a few times and this year is the first year it's been too stiff. There were a lot of green, unripe grapes in the mix. Pectin is in the unripe so next time I might have to put some ordinary sugar in, if there are a lot of unripe grapes in.
