I'm sure a lot of people are going through slumps at the moment. You just have to remember that yesterday is done and that today is subject to change.
These are going to be posts and pages that I'm going to keep editing as I find information around the place. I'm trying to keep the open tabs to a minimum across my devices. I'm also going to keep track of research. Posts may be edited occasionally when I find more things to add.

Words
Sometimes I get distracted by words.
Recently my husband and I were discussing words we can pronounce. Mine was 2,4 dinitrophenylhydrazine (look, I was a Latin and science geek) his was floccinaucinihilipilification which led me to Flocculation my brain is a strange place with strange linkages

Bullet journal resources
If I'm honest I find this an interesting system but I regularly have failed to make it work for me. I do try to do a task list for work but I wasn't quite into the rhythm of my new job when we closed. Doing all the monthly pages etc didn't really work for me. Annually I get a diary from work so I tend to use it and a journal and I don't tend to mix personal and work stuff
I'm thinking of creating a few lists
Daily tasks like filling/emptying the dishwasher; washing the stuff that doesn't go into the dishwasher; yoga etc.
One-off tasks without a timetable: writing letters; reviewing books etc.
Aspirational tasks: getting the house tidy; planning the garden. etc.
Some of these things are all basically one list but I've found that by making one big list I end up feeling somewhat overwhelmed and flailing about so by making separate lists and taking a few items from the list and adding one or two to the bottom as I get through the day. It's making the goals achievable.
I've also seen where some people are afraid that they need a lot of resources to create a bullet Journal but the original concept only needs three basic things: A journal; a pen and a ruler; the only other real thing needed is time to work on it weekly and monthly.
Some Bullet Journal Resources
The Bullet Journal Method (the master idea)
People became creative with it after that, but the core is quite simple.
Some other inspiration:
Tiny Ray of Sunshine
Bullet Journal joy
Bohoberry
A few books I've found (all borrowed from Irish Libraries):
The Bullet Journal Method by the designer of the method Ryder Carroll, it expands a bit on the ideas
How to Bullet Plan by Rachel Wilkerson Miller - I found it unfussy and a good companion to the original book
The Bullet Journal for Beginners - Karen Lancaster - some good inspiration here
Beyond bullets : creative journaling ideas to customize the revolutionary productivity system by Megan Rutell - full of possible page ideas.
Pinterest and Instagram are full of people being very very creative in their journal and it's easy to become overwhelmed and intimidated by the amazing art and creativity. Take what you want from it I do suggest trying it and keeping what works.

Well colour me surprised. Not. A scientific survey finds that there is no one diet for everyone. I've been saying this for years.
